Northwest Florida State College Library
Architect of Record: Sam Marshall Architects joint venture with Orcutt Associates- Frank Oliva, Project Designer. This building forms the academic and architectural center of the sprawling campus. The Reading Room is the symbolic bridge over the entrance court.
University of Maine, Orono Student Center
Architect of Record: Harriman Associates in joint venture with Orcutt Associates- Frank Oliva, Project Designer. This project created a new central dining facility for the campus along with renovations and connection to the existing Moulton Union Student Center. The dining area and food court are filled with light from a sky-lit atrium.
CMTC - Kirk Hall
Architect of Record: Sasaki Associates. Frank Oliva, Project Designer. This multi-purpose facility is comprised of a lecture hall, science labs, academic classrooms, OSHA lab, a two-court gymnasium and a lobby. The building forms a long edge to the new campus green.
Long Island Learning Resource Center
Long Island Learning Resource Center- Project Architect for the town library, multi-purpose room and art gallery addition to the existing school building. The form and scale of the addition compliment the school and create an outdoor room for the school playground. The arrangement of spaces makes for flexible use during and after school hours. Northwest Florida State College Arts Center
Architect of Record: Sam Marshall Architects in joint venture with Orcutt Associates. Frank Oliva, Project Designer. This new building complex houses a 1,500 seat performing arts theater, a black box theater, a music education department, an art gallery and a lecture hall.
Arcosanti East Crescent
Architect of Record: Paolo Soleri. From 1984-85, Frank Oliva was a design and construction apprentice. He worked on the Sky-Suite and planning for the 2nd unit of this award-winning multi-use complex.
KVCC- Carter Hall
Architect of Record: Sasaki Associates. Frank Oliva, Project Designer. This multi-purpose facility is comprised of a lecture hall, computer labs, academic classrooms, faculty offices, a gymnasium and a lobby.
