Since 1981 I have devoted my energy to the master planning, design, and construction administration of architectural projects. The first twenty years of my career were spent in architectural firms gaining valuable project experience and working for some great mentors. In 2000 I opened my own studio with the goal of creating site-specific, contemporary buildings, with an emphasis on open teamwork with clients, engineers and builders.
I’m convinced that good design matters and that it has a great impact on the life of a building. Buildings are conceived and born into a life span that exceeds human generations. They shelter us and help form our environment. When designed well, they have the power to improve our world.
